Buell Fuels Hearth & Home is a fast growing established hearth store located in Deansboro, NY. We are a full service hearth and whole home generator installation company that works with customers to meet their needs. We provide design and installation of hearth products and generac generators in their homes.
We are seeking an outgoing, self led, motivated manager who is not afraid to speak to customers & help them achieve their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversee hearth shop ensuring top quality presentation of products and showroom floor which includes attention to detail, cleanliness and inventory management.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt service and open lines of communication.
Willingness to attend trade shows to showcase products and services.
Ability to schedule work for installers and follow through on complete installation.
Develops good customer service techniques, and knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Applies knowledge of company products/services including but not limited to a variety of hearth products and whole home generators,.
Efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
Builds and maintains quality relations with customers on a consistent basis to maintain top quality service.
Conducts prompt invoicing and payment collection upon completed work.
Processing customer payments for service and products as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
And most importantly; Must be self-motivated with a sense of urgency to be your best self everyday!
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior customer experience preferred as well as managerial experience. Knowledge within the home heating and hearth products industries is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – 24.00 per hour based on experience
