Your driver was so nice and so helpful. I had run out of fuel and he offered to restart the furnace for me. He also noticed a loose stove pipe and tighted it up for me and gave me the informatiom to contact the serivice department to get it fixed.

We would like to let you know what great customer service you have. We had our fuel oil delivered from you until we recently switched to propane thru Centerstate. Then we visited your fireplace show room to see about a new pellet stove because we couldn’t get parts for our old one. Sherry was the best. She showed us different ones and helped us pick one out and also got us our pellets. The guys that installed the stove were very helpful with any questions we had.
